Summary: my kids love theirs! Easier to learn on!
Comment: The ripstick junior was easier for all my children to learn on. I got the junior ripstick for my 9 year old. But my 4 older teen agers all wanted to learn on his and then use theirs. Very sturdy and a great buy! Does take a little time to learn how to do it. My kids helped each other by holding on to each other as they learned. Don't let kids give up because once they learn how to balance on it and make it move, they have a lot of fun!!

Summary: Poor Customer Service
Comment: I'm actually writing to warn people in regards to Street Surfing. I am trying to purchase either this product, or another similar Street Surfing board. I have left messages for three days on their recorder and with an answering service company but received no call back. If they are unable to return calls to someone attempting to buy a product, you can be assured you would have a terrible time getting assistance after purchase. The user reviews are good, but all just be aware that if you have trouble with a purchased product you're probably on your own.

Comment: My son wanted a mini ripstick and we saw this as a cheaper alternative. He loves it and never said a thing about it being any different than a mini ripstick. He rides it non stop!

Summary: Ripstik Rip-off???
Comment: I've purchased from Amazon before and never had any problems. The Ripstik I ordered came missing pieces so beware. The ad said it was new but when it was received it was missing an entire caster, axle, and wheel. I've spent a considerable amount of time trying to find repair parts to fix this "new" Ripstik.

Comment: I found this product to be well priced and quickly delivered. Our daughter tried her older brother's Wave but found it difficult to maneuver and control so we got her the Junior so they could Wave together. It's great balance and core stabilization exercise, and they have a great time together and with neighborhood friends (don't forget the helmet). Good, clean fun!
