Summary: Not worth the aggravation
Comment: I have returned this product and replaced it with a Canon All-in-One. The HP guide book was poorly written and not accurate. It took two voice sessions (with an agent whose English I could not understand) and three "chat" sessions before the problem was solved, again it was a problem that was not addressed correctly in the guild. As soon as that problem was corrected the machine failed to feed paper from the bottom tray, after two more "chat" sessions and no solution, that was enough.

Comment: This replaces an R80 all-in-one that I've used for many years. I wanted a duplex and a photo printer with the all-in-one features.
This printer has met all expectations (I don't use for scanning)
The only question and/or concern is the life expectancy of the ink cartridges. They are very small and appear to hold a very small supply.

Summary: Can not get it to work, and HP doesn't care.
Comment: Got this printer about a month ago. Can not get the wireless to work, emailed HP many times, and have heard nothing. Just an email saying they are over whelmed with email, give them 72 hours. It has been 7 days. Unless you are a computer guru do not waste your time buying this printer for the wireless capability.

Comment: I have always relied on HP printers / all-in-ones for my printing needs, so when I went shopping for one for my mother, I knew HP was the way to go. I had not seen the Photosmart all-in-one that included the fax capabilities, so when I stumbled upon it I was immediately sold! This machine produces high-quality photos and functions as a GREAT do-it-all machine. Scans are clear, fax quality is good, and the six-ink-cartridge system ensures efficient use of the ink supply. I would recommend this machine to anyone!
