I usually wear a 14/16, due to my large bust. I ordered a 16 to be on the safe side, had to return it for an 18. I'm wearing a tank top beneath it, as now its not too tight but its too low cut for work. I like the dress, but consider ordering a size up if you are well endowed in the chest. I wore one to a wedding as the coordinator and I received so many compliments, I wore 2 different ones to the office and was repeatedly asked where I purchased it from, and I also wore one to church where I received rave compliments. It is even prettier when the right accessories are added to it. It can go from office to evening easily. If they were to make more colors I would also purchase them as well.
Great fit, great look, depending on your waist, there are several places you can place the belt. I once wore it in the back, once on the left sidde, the right dside and once around in the front.
I am very hard to please and very particular, but this dress is a winner!!!!
